Check-in
Ihre Ferienwohnung steht Ihnen am Anreisetag ab 15:00 Uhr zur Verfügung.
Da wir nicht immer persönlich vor Ort sein können, erfolgt die Anreise flexibel und kontaktlos.
Den Türcode für die Ferienwohnung erhalten Sie rechtzeitig am Anreisetag per SMS oder WhatsApp.
Check-out
Wir bitten Sie, die Ferienwohnung am Abreisetag bis spätestens 11:00 Uhr zu verlassen,
damit wir alles für die nächsten Gäste vorbereiten können.
Anfahrt & Zugang
Die Ferienwohnung Villa Vorkastell befindet sich mitten im wunderschönen Nationalpark Hunsrück-Hochwald.
Das Grundstück ist durch ein Tor gesichert. Die Zugangstür neben dem Tor ist jedoch jederzeit geöffnet,
sodass Sie das Grundstück bequem betreten können.
Der Eingang zur Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Hauses.
Zur besseren Orientierung erhalten Sie vor Ihrer Anreise zusätzlich ein Foto des Eingangs.
Parken
Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten finden Sie direkt vor unserem Grundstück am Straßenrand, vor dem angrenzenden Wiesengelände sowie entlang unseres Grundstücks.
Bitte halten Sie das Tor und die Zufahrt jederzeit frei.
Schlüsselübergabe
Eine klassische Schlüsselübergabe ist nicht erforderlich. Der Zugang erfolgt bequem über einen persönlichen Türcode, den Sie am Anreisetag erhalten.
Der Türcode ist ausschließlich für die Dauer Ihres Aufenthalts gültig und wird am Abreisetag um 11:00 Uhr automatisch deaktiviert.
Erreichbarkeit
Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Handyempfang im Nationalpark teilweise eingeschränkt sein kann.
WLAN steht Ihnen selbstverständlich kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
Die Zugangsdaten finden Sie im Bereich „WLAN“ dieser Gästemappe sowie in der Ferienwohnung.
Bei Fragen erreichen Sie uns jederzeit telefonisch oder per WhatsApp.
Auch wenn wir bei Ihrer Anreise nicht persönlich vor Ort sein sollten, sind wir gerne für Sie da und helfen jederzeit weiter.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in
Your holiday apartment will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
As we are not always on-site personally, check-in is designed to be flexible and contactless.
You will receive your personal door access code via SMS or WhatsApp on the day of arrival,
well before your check-in time.
Check-out
We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM on the day of departure
so that we can prepare everything for our next guests.
Directions & Access
The Villa Vorkastell Holiday Apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park,
surrounded by nature and tranquility.
The property is secured by a gate. However, the pedestrian access door next to the gate remains open at all times,
allowing you to enter the property conveniently.
The entrance to the holiday apartment is located at the rear of the house. To make it easier for you to find,
we will send you a photo of the entrance before your arrival.
Parking
Free parking is available directly along the roadside in front of our property,
beside the adjacent meadow, and along the length of our property.
Please ensure that the gate and driveway remain clear at all times.
Access Code
A traditional key handover is not required.
Access to the apartment is provided via your personal door code, which you will receive on the day of arrival.
For security reasons, the code is valid only for the duration of your stay and will be automatically
deactivated at 11:00 AM on your departure day.
Staying Connected
Please note that mobile phone reception in the National Park can be limited in certain areas.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.
The Wi-Fi details can be found in the "Wi-Fi" section of this guest guide as well as inside the apartment.
Should you have any questions, we are always available by phone or WhatsApp.
Even if we are not personally present when you arrive, we are happy to assist you at any time and
ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.
